Product Overview
The Valve Kit is a sub component of vaporizer manifold used in anesthesia machines. The kit consists of a "slider" made of a brass alloy 360, compression type spring, EPDM ball, washer shaped component and seal. The sealing washer and ball are made up of EPDM rubber, which has excellent electrical and chemical insulation property, which makes them well suited for many medical applications. The kit also contains a compression type stainless steel spring which has good compression and relaxation properties. This manufacturing process helps to achieve good product consistency. The high dimensional accuracy ensures a precise fit of the part in the required assembly. It is used in many systems such as ARC Engstrom Carestation, ARC Aisys, UL Voluson P8 and ARC Aespire 7900.
