Product Overview
The Seal Drain Circle is a seal provided in circle module in breathing gas circuit of anesthesia machine. The circle module has inspiratory and expiratory limbs. During inspiration, fresh gas flows into the inspiratory limb of the circle module and then, into the patient. During exhalation, gas flows backwards into the expiratory limb of the circle module and then, out to the scavenging system The circle module assembly contains module body, module cover, valves, O-rings, drain button and drain seal. The drain button, when compressed by a spring during scavenging, drains the gases. The seal is around the drain tube and provides a leak proof scavenging in breathing gas circuit. It helps in sealing the tube through which pressurized residual gases flow and is robust and resistant to constant compression changes due to inhalation and exhalation.
