Product Overview
The Wire Harness is generally a set of electric cables which transmit signals. The simple probe assembly consists of a heat shrink, connector contacts and wires. This assembly includes two simple patient's probes for measurement. In this wire harness assembly, one end of the wire is connected to the Printed Wired Circuit Board (PCB). This male connector has socket type contacts and it is plated with gold. The panel connector is fixed on the other end of the wire, which has the insulation resistance around 50 megaohm (minimum) at 250 VDC. The material of the panel connector is Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT). PBT material has high insulation property in nature. The wires are highly insulated and has clean surface. The wire conductor is made up of tin copper, which is highly conductive and corrosive resistance. The terminals should be applied through crimp tooling. The crimp die must be compatible to be visually neat and consistent. Probes are individually packed to avoid damage during shipping. The package is marked with item number, revision level, quantity and manufactures identification.
