Product Overview
High Speed Outlet Muffler Assembly is an acoustic device manufactured to reduce the level of sound pressure generated by the turbine unit of the air flow in ventilators. This assembly is specially made to be installed after the turbine unit in iVent201E. This iVent201E is a turbine powered air source and a rechargeable internal battery provides freedom from wall air and power outlets. This assembly is comprised of a housing made of Polycarbonate (PC) coated with polyurethane paint, core, absorber silicon foam and cork. The housing is designed with flange with holes on 3 sides and inlet with a 2.55 mm hole on one side, 90 degrees apart from each other which is usefully used to fix the muffler in a respective area. These internal parts are welded using ultrasonic welding to produce a high quality bond and a clean tight seal with no visible seams at the joints. This creates a smooth visually appealing finish. These mufflers have life cycle of 5000 hours of operation or should be replaced annually.
