Product Overview
This Crown Cap is used on the top of the knob of Adjustable Pressure Limiting Valve (APL Valve) which are used in the Anesthesia Delivery systems. The APL valve allows excess fresh gas flow and exhaled gases to leave the system while preventing ambient air from entering. This 26 mm OD Crown Cap is made up of Polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) material which is a type of amorphous thermoplastic that offers good toughness, low moisture absorption and remains stable at high temperatures. The injection molded crown cap comes with 8 ribbed structure and mounting pin for durability and perfect fit. For easy identification of the APL valve, the teal green colored crown cap is marked with APL, H2O, cm and other required artworks in munsell gray N9 markings over the top surface. This crown cap is compatible with the APL Valve knobs which are used in GE's 9100 C Anethesia Delivery systems. The RoHS compliant APL valve crown cap will be shipped in suitable packaging to provide adequate protection during transit.
